Clair presented at the Popular Culture Association (PCA) conference in 2023: "PLZ Tell me Fangz!": Fan-fiction, coded-language, and Harmful Representations." Her 2024 PCA presentation focuses on an interconnection between readers and writers of fan-fiction: "'See? You've Made a choice. No One Can Take It from You':Fanfiction, Poetics, and Interpersonal Connections." She currently attends the University of South Florida, Honors College, majoring in Microbiology. Her interests center on Science Fiction & Fantasy and disability rights activism.
