a virtual world Gaming Open position (Interim: Warren Jones)

Our editorial consideration of what to publish centers on whether or not the subject would inspire and assist others in their research of the fantastical.

While we cannot possibly fathom what inspires each individual researcher, we can assert that simple information or simple summaries of narratives are not enough.

For on the other hand: a dojo and on the other had: a universe, writers should consider if their narratives have done something interesting, unique, or astounding beyond the continuation of the main storyline.

For the other hands of couch, laboratory, library, and living room, writers should use ideas and concepts that are useful in analyzing the fantastical.

For on the other hand: a virtual world, writers should consider the latest conversations in concerning video gaming that center on concepts or ideas; writers should eschew any write-up that is merely a game review.

Submissions should be Word documents attached to an email and sent to the appropriate Section Editor with the email subject line: Otoh submission.
